General Rules:

The products subject to a final order from the Purchaser will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process. Your products being made-to-measure, it will take time for production in addition to delay for delivery. Therefore, CODAGE manufactures all orders at least one day per week. The orders will then be shipped to the address chosen by the Buyer. Generally, it will take up to one week for the order to be shipped.

Delivery in France (metropolitan) + Monaco:

The shipment is sent with Colissimo, delivery lead time being 2 business days. Shipping costs to France are free when your order is equal or above 80 €. For purchases less than 80 €, the delivery will be charged to you 3€95.

Delivery in the UK and USA:

The shipment is made via Fedex Priority, delivery lead time being from one to four business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs to the UK and USA are free when your order is equal or above 80 €.For purchases less than 80 €, the delivery will be charged to you 5€. For the rest of the EU, prices will vary according to countries.

Delivery in the rest of the world:

The shipment is made via Fedex Priority, delivery lead time being from one to eight business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs to the rest of the world are free when your order is equal or above 150 €.For purchases less than 150 €, the delivery will be charged to you 14.99€ (prices may vary according to each country).

For international shipments, Fedex agents will repeat their visit up to 3 times before returning the parcel to its sender.

Upon delivery, a receipt should be signed by the buyer or recipient of the goods ordered.
In case of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the order receives a calling card, allowing him to withdraw with a fifteen days period the products at your local post office. After this period, the shipment will be returned to the sender. 

Buyer or consignee of the goods ordered shall check the apparent condition of products upon delivery. If you notice any abnormality (damages, missing products, etc..), in the presence of the delivery agent, the buyer or the recipient of goods ordered is required to apply the procedure of the carrier, including pointing to damage or deficiencies identified and making reservations and all claims and refuse the delivery immediately by issuing a finding of fault with the servant of the Post.

Buyer or consignee of the goods ordered shall have 3 full days of receipt of the order to notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, any incident relating to the condition or contents of package delivered. It is also requested to report the problem to CODAGE in writing to customer service to: CODAGE - Customer Service - 8 rue du Trésor - 75004 Paris - France and also info@mycodage.com

From the beginning until its arrival, you can track your parcel consignment number indicating its respective site: www.coliposte.net for delivery in metropolitan France and Monaco on to www.fedex.com other destinations. This tracking number will be emailed once your parcel sent by our laboratory.
